We value your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not happy with your purchase from Cooking Asia, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. Exclusions from Return Policy: Please note that the return process may be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product. The following items are excluded from our returns policy: vegetables, Frozen Items, Gift Vouchers, Beauty Products, Food Products, Food Gifts Sets, and Incense Products. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds: Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights for the above products. If your product is faulty, damaged, or unfit for purpose, please contact us immediately. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

For other unopened goods, you may return them within 3 days of receipt. Subject to inspection and acceptance, we will refund or provide replacements as applicable.

Refunds will be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. Post and packing charges will be deducted from the refund. If the order qualified for free post and packing, our costs will be deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to deduct any other incurred charges such as credit card transaction fees, picking/packing costs, restocking costs, packaging material, and return postage fees.

Requesting a Refund or Replacement: To request a refund or replacement, please contact us first by email, telephone, or live chat on our website. You will need to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. Cooking Asia will not be liable for goods lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend obtaining proof of posting.

Uncollected Packages and Mistaken Deliveries: Uncollected packages returned to us, including fresh fruit and/or vegetables, will require inspection before any refund can be offered. Products stained or damaged by the fruit and/or vegetables will be omitted from the refund.

Any goods dispatched in error remain the property of Cooking Asia. If you receive any goods by mistake, please contact us within 2 days to arrange for their collection.
